By accessing or using YourAssetMarket, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may be registered as buyers or sellers, and role changes are subject to platform policies.

Sellers may submit listings for review. All public listings pass through an administrator moderation workflow. YourAssetMarket reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable policy.

You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content. Attempts to circumvent moderation, impersonate others, or misuse platform features may result in suspension or removal.

YourAssetMarket is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. The platform does not currently process payments, escrow, or transfers, and is not responsible for off-platform arrangements between users.
