32-day guarantee
For 32 days from handover, if any of the problems below happens we replace the channel free with one of the same grade.
We replace the channel when
- Monetization (YPP) is turned off
- The channel is suspended or deleted
- A previous owner takes access back or the ownership transfer is blocked
- Nothing you upload gets any reach although the channel is as handed over (decided after a check)
Not covered
- Problems caused by copyright, reused-content or spam violations in videos uploaded after handover
- You removing your own access or passing the channel on
- View counts or earnings (they depend on your content, so we don't promise numbers)
Refunds
- Full refund any time before the channel is handed over.
- After handover the guarantee is a replacement, not a refund.
How to claim
Send your order number and channel code on KakaoTalk or Telegram. We usually confirm a replacement within 24 hours.
